Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a Security Surveillance professional to observe and document casino activity across all gaming sections. You will record events in table games and slots, and apply knowledge of credit procedures, cash reports, and regulatory rules to ensure compliant operations.

The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, 20/20 vision, and the ability to work varying shifts while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Requires high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year in a security or gaming related role preferred.
• Analytical, observational, organizational and communication skills required.
• Casino Surveillance or related surveillance experience is an asset.
• 20/20 vision (corrected) required.

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and record activity in the casino area and document observations in writing.
• Record events in table games, slots, cage, hard count, soft count.
• Be knowledgeable about credit procedures, cash transaction reports, and company procedures and gaming regulations.
• Ensure duties comply with company standards and regulatory rules.
• Assist in coordinating and resolving emergencies.
• Disclose irregularities observed during duties to management.
• Support responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by reporting concerns to management.
• Clean and sanitize work and public areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Essential Duties

• Responsible for observing, monitoring, and recording all activity occurring in the casino area and record observations in writing as required.
• Record events in table games, slots, cage, hard count, soft count.
• Must have a working knowledge of credit procedures, cash transaction reports, company procedures and Regulatory Regulations.
• Perform duties in compliance with company standards and gaming regulations.
• Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
• Responsible for disclosing irregularities, variances from procedures etc., observed during the performance of duties to the immediate attention of management.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work and public spaces.
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

This knowledge and these abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school education, minimum of one (1) or more years of experience in a Security related field or gaming related positions (Cage, Slot, Table Games or Audit) preferred. Analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Casino Surveillance or related surveillance experience is an asset. 20/20 corrected vision is required
