APEX Investigation is seeking a Surveillance Operations Manager to lead day-to-day surveillance operations across California and nationwide. You will supervise investigators, coordinate client communications, and ensure operational readiness while supporting the Director of Surveillance and COO.
The role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities, plus willingness to travel 10–20% within California and to Sacramento as needed.

The Surveillance Operations Manager serves as the Director of Surveillance's second-in-command and is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of surveillance investigations across California and nationwide. This leadership position ensures investigations are properly planned, assigned, monitored, and completed while providing managerial support to investigators, sales, clients, and internal departments. When the Director is unavailable, thisposition assumes responsibility for department operations and decision-making.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, Full-Time Exempt (Salary)
Salary: $70,304 per year
Travel: 10–20% only in California for events, trainings, and meetings
