Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree in criminal justice or related field.
• Must be able to travel to assignments daily.
• Must complete 40-hour Florida training for Class CC license before hire.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review assignments to determine case objectives and plans.
• Use surveillance equipment and technology.
• Perform surveillance and document footage and evidence.
• Conduct surveillance indoors and outdoors.
• Drive safely in varied weather and traffic conditions.
• Move discreetly to observe subjects.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Prepare detailed reports with timestamps and supporting evidence.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and work flexible hours.
• Attend and testify at hearings as required.
