Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Boulder is seeking a Surveillance Investigator to safeguard the property’s integrity, safety, and compliance. You will monitor for unusual or illegal activity across all gaming and non-gaming areas and document findings to protect guests and assets.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in gaming surveillance operations or equivalent gaming-related experience preferred.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems with limited standardization.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Utilize approved surveillance equipment to identify, document, and report illegal or unusual activity across all gaming and non-gaming areas of the property, including back-of-house operations.
• Accurately report all illegal and suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of Surveillance Investigator trainees.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
