Job summary

The Robison Group is seeking a vigilant surveillance investigator to join our nationwide investigations team. The role involves conducting workers' compensation, liability, and multi-line claims investigations, including stationary and mobile video surveillance, with early hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities include completing cases, testifying as needed, assisting colleagues, uploading video, and maintaining timely reports.

Qualifications

• One year of private investigations (PI) experience encouraged.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work early hours, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly complete assigned cases.
• Testify to facts in hearings or court as needed.
• Assist other investigators on challenging cases; make sound judgments.
• Submit updates, evidence, and reports in a timely manner.
• Upload surveillance video upon completion of daily investigation.
• Be prepared for early hours, long days, and travel to surrounding areas.
