Qualifications

• Must be 21 to 43 years old and have at least one birth in your care.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval.
• Stable, supportive home environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements.
• Not receiving government financial assistance.
• No prior surrogacy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support expectant parents through the surrogacy journey with clinical guidance and care.
• Attend medical appointments and follow healthcare plans as advised by providers.
• Maintain open communication with the agency and intended parents.
• Adhere to HIPAA, legal agreements, and agency protocols.
