Job summary

Inclusive Surrogacy invites women to become surrogates to help families, with support throughout the journey.

Eligible candidates are 21–43, have given birth, OB/GYN approved pregnancies, U.S. citizen or permanent resident, non-smoking, no felony, HIPAA and legal agreements, and no government assistance reliance. Immediate matches and compensation packages are available to reflect individual needs.

Qualifications

• Women aged 21 to 43.
• Must have given birth to at least one child.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval.
• Living in a stable and supportive environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided).
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance.
• No prior surrogacy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the agency to be matched with intended parents.
• Communicate with medical teams and the agency throughout the journey.
• Select and negotiate compensation packages that reflect needs and value.
