Qualifications

• Ages 21–43.
• Must have given birth to at least one child.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval.
• Living in a stable environment.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements.
• No government financial assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Intended Parent matching process.
• Choose and adhere to compensation packages.
• Sign HIPAA and legal agreements; coordinate with agency for ongoing support.
