You will manage license updates, state credentialing, and portal configurations to keep implementations on track and compliant.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ year in insurance, with strong communication and documentation skills to support scalable processes and proactive client

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the insurance or surplus lines industry.
• 2+ years of direct customer service experience.
• Ability to create and maintain clear process documentation and SOPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process client license updates and entity changes.
• Assess licensing changes for state reporting and update the tax filing portal.
• Guide clients through entity transitions in the InsCipher Connect portal.
• Assist with obtaining state login credentials for newly licensed individuals and entities.
• Conduct proactive outreach to collect required state information and communicate changes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process standards to support scalable operations.
