Saint Peter's is seeking a Surgical Unit RN Per Diem Days in New Jersey to join a Magnet-designated hospital known for nursing excellence. This position supports a high-performing team delivering outstanding patient care in a fast-paced unit.

Expect to perform assessments, administer medications, and document care per established standards. Requirements include NJ RN license, BLS, ECG course, and BSN preferred; one year of experience preferred. Competitive compensation with benefits.

• BLS certification required per American Heart Association.

The Surgical Unit RN Per Diem Days will:

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care
  

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• One (1) year of experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation
  

Salary Range: 51.00 - 51.00 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
