Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL seeks a Surgical-Trauma ICU RN 7A to join our regular full-time team. The RN will supervise nursing staff on shift and coordinate patient care in the Surgical-Trauma ICU, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active RN licensure, BLS, and a Nursing degree; BSN is preferred. ACLS, PALS, NRP, or TNCC may be required depending on area. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

The RN will collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care.
