Job summary

Highridge Medical is seeking an Associate Laboratory Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the organization’s surgical training programs at the Highridge Institute in Westminster, CO. You will support hands-on medical education, surgeon training, product development, and clinical education activities, ensuring cadaver labs are conducted safely and compliantly.

The role requires an advance degree with 3-5 years of clinical or laboratory experience, strong budgeting and vendor oversight

• Lab management experience with strong attention to detail and safety.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communicator who collaborates across teams and presents effectively.
• Adaptable, proactive problem-solver who works well with minimal direction.
• Comfortable working with human anatomical material and lifting specimens.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate product training programs for field support and customers.
• Prepare training materials, determine methodology, and coordinate aids.
• Ensure training programs meet company and customer objectives.
• Maintain communication with customers to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Lead labs in a safe, compliant environment and manage equipment setup.
• Oversee inventory, specimen ordering, and disposition of materials.
• Provide input to hiring, promotion, and performance decisions.
• Travel 20% and work onsite in Colorado as required.
