The role requires an Associate's Degree with a CAAHEP-accredited program, NBSTSA CST credential, and 3+ years of related experience. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the past 7 years are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree required; graduate from a CAAHEP accredited surgical technology program.
• Three years of OR scrub/preceptor or instructor experience within five years.
• Current CST credential from NBSTSA required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; five years of related experience within seven years.

Aufgaben

• Instruct surgical technology students through didactic, lab, and clinical skills.
• Provide education that develops cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains.
• Coordinate clinical rotations and communicate with hospital staff and educators.
• Maintain adherence to AST/AORN CST standards and pursue ongoing professional development.
