Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency.
• Credential in surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
• At least three years of documented experience in the scrub role, Surgical Technology instruction, or a combination of both within the preceding five years.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the curriculum and student evaluation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
