A Brief Overview
Serving as the overnight clinical and operational authority for the Operating Room (including the neurosurgical service line), this position exercises independent judgment and advanced specialized expertise to manage overnight neurosurgical operations, readiness, and quality assurance. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Specialist serves as the primary technical advisor to attending neurosurgeons during complex cranial and spinal procedures, manages critical high-value assets and vendor relationships, and directs overnight resource allocation to ensure optimal patient outcomes and service line efficiency.
