Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland is seeking a Surgical Technologist for Plastic Surgery to support the OR team on the Main Campus. You will assist surgeons and RNs during procedures, prepare sterile fields, and ensure instrument readiness for reconstructive and cosmetic cases.
The role requires CST or TS-C certification (or completion of an accredited program), BLS, and prior OR experience. This is a full-time position with days and on-call duties at the Main Campus.

Surgical Technologists play a vital role in supporting surgeons and RNs throughout operative procedures, helping ensure high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgery. In this position within the Ophthalmology Surgical Center, responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sterile fields, checking supplies and equipment, passing instruments, and supporting proper sterilization processes following procedures.
A caregiver in this position works full-time| Orientation is 3 months| M-F 7:00am-3:30pm| After orientation shift will be assigned and either 8s or 10s and will require being on call (call schedule is discussed during interview).
