McLendon Leadershi is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to assist surgeons during procedures in our Plano, Texas operating room. The role centers on maintaining a sterile field, preparing instruments, and supporting the surgical team to ensure efficient flow and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will hold CST certification and OR experience, be proficient in sterile technique, and document procedures in the EHR system (Epic).

Qualifications

Responsibilities
