100 Albany Med Health System is looking for a Surgical Technologist to join the Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will ensure the operating room is safe and sterile, assist with patient positioning, and handle surgical instruments under supervision.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma, graduate from a Surgical Technology Program, and ideally possess 1 to 3 years of scrubbing experience. This position may require evening shifts and on-call duties.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of scrubbing experience preferred.
• Familiar with all specialty services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain sterile field.
• Prepare operating rooms and assist with patient positioning as needed.
• Inspect sterile items for contamination before opening.
• Perform accurate instrument counts following established policies.
