Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking an OR Tech III to support complex surgical procedures within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will set up sterile fields, prepare instruments, and collaborate with surgeons and RNs to ensure safe operations.

Additionally, you will uphold infection control standards, participate in quality initiatives, and mentor junior staff to promote clinical excellence and team development in a fast-paced operating room environment.
