Responsibilities

• Surgical Case Preparation.
• Ensure proper equipment, instruments and supplies for procedures.
• Maintain a sterile setup/field at all times.
• Assist in patient positioning and transport as needed.
• Follow proper sterile techniques and conduct instrument counts.
• Assist OR staff with room turnovers and after-hours clerical duties.
• Respond to emergencies or trauma procedures in the OR as needed.
