Current Froedtert Health employees must have at least 1 year of service; external candidates should have a year of consistent healthcare employment. BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited surgical technologist program.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the OR under supervision of Surgical Technologist trainers.
• Prepare the OR with supplies and equipment for procedures.
• Support surgical team to ensure instrument availability and patient care during operations.
