Endeavor Health in Naperville and surrounding campuses is seeking Surgical Technologists for an evergreen opportunity across our system. You will contribute as a scrub tech during surgeries, prepare instruments and supplies, and perform counts with attention to patient safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an approved Surgical Technologist program or 3+ years of experience, CPR certification, and CST preferred.

Competenze

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent; graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist school or minimum 3 years' experience.
• Certification: CPR required; CST certification highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform scrub person duties during the intraoperative phase of surgical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of instruments, equipment and supplies required for surgical procedures.
• Conduct all instrument, needle, sharps and sponge counts, as well as handle specimens.
• Assist in the application of dressings or casts and moving patients.
• Assist in decontamination/reprocessing area when assigned.
• Maintain inventory in Operating Room and on carts.

Formazione
