Work Schedule: 12-hour night shift twice per week on Sundays and Mondays; 12-hour day shift once per week.

As a member of the surgical team in the General Operating Room, the SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST provides technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during surgical intervention under the supervision of the RN. When not directly assisting the physician in a procedure, may participate in the rendering of patient care under the direction of the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Licensed Surgical Tech Diploma (must pass Diploma/graduation test), American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification, Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certificate (CST) within 24 months of hire.
