Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND seeks a surgical technologist to join a Level 1 Trauma center team. You will assist the surgeon during procedures, prepare and organize operating room instruments, and ensure supplies are ready for a wide range of cases.

We welcome new grads with or without national certification. The role offers a day shift, 40 hours per week, a $24.00–$38.50 hourly range, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible employees with a two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program required.
• Must be on North Dakota Board of Nursing UAP Registry at start of employment.
• National certification preferred, but not required.
• New grads welcome to apply with or without certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the surgeon during procedures, including preparing and organizing OR instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.
