• Directs goals and objectives for practicum based on student outcomes.
• Assists students in applying theory to practice.
• Evaluates learning objectives and progress.
• Facilitates a collaborative, respectful learning environment.
• Communicates concerns about safety or performance to clinical faculty.
• Manages course objectives and determines opportunities for learning.
• Ensures timely grading and documentation.
