Northridge Surgery Center in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our fast-paced ambulatory team. We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus, weekday schedules, and no weekends, no on-call shifts, and no holidays.

You will work closely with surgeons and nurses, ensure aseptic technique, and support the operating room team throughout procedures. A Surgical Technician program and state certification are required, with ambulatory center experience preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent education/experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Ambulatory surgical center experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques

Responsabilidades

• Assist surgical team during procedures and maintain sterility
• Prepare operating room and ensure availability of supplies
• Support patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery

Your Role as a Surgical Technologist

As a Surgical Technologist at Northridge Surgery Center, you will be a vital member of the surgical team. The qualifications include:

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Pay is determined according to your level of experience
