• Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments, supplies and equipment before procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures, handing instruments and providing support as needed.
• Perform instrument counts and ensure sterility and infection control throughout perioperative care.
• Assist with patient positioning and rapid room turnover to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Contribute to ongoing education and professional growth within New Jersey’s largest healthcare system.
