Sanford Health is seeking a Surgical Technician to support the operating room team. You will prepare instruments, anticipate the surgeon’s needs, and maintain sterile technique across procedures including endoscope re-processing.
Training may be provided for the right candidate; 6:30am-3:00pm shift with call obligations and a 32-hour weekly schedule in a rural hospital setting offering growth in a major health system.

Department Details We are a Critical Access Hospital in a rural setting.
This position is an integral part of our surgical team.
We care for patients undergoing a variety of procedures including GI endoscopy, General surgery and outreach surgeons.
Experience as a CST is preferred, but we are willing to train the right applicant.
This position typically works 6:30am-3:00pm, has call obligations of 1-2 nights per work week and every 3-4 weekend with 1-2 holidays per year.
Scheduled work hours will vary depending on patient needs.
