Responsible for supporting complex surgical procedures in advanced operating rooms as a Surgical Technologist II. Prepares and maintains sterile fields, selects, organizes, and sets up instruments and supplies, and anticipates surgeon needs to maintain smooth case flow. Ensures patient safety, verifies equipment readiness, and maintains sterility throughout procedures.
