Job summary

Patient Partners Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our ambulatory facility. This role offers a generous $20,000 sign-on bonus and features consistent weekday schedules with no weekends, no call, and no holidays.

You will be part of a fast-paced team dedicated to delivering top-tier surgical care and improving patient outcomes through collaboration, ongoing learning, and access to advanced surgical technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; completion of a Surgical Technician Program
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Prior ambulatory surgical center experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and patient management

• Participate as a vital member of the surgical team in ambulatory procedures

Your Role as a Surgical Technologist

As a Surgical Technologist at Patient Partners Surgery Center, you will be a vital member of the surgical team. The qualifications include:

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Pay is determined according to your level of experience
