Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent education
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation

Responsibilities

• Assist in endoscopic and surgical procedures as part of the sterile team
• Maintain sterile field and prepare instruments and supplies
• Support patient safety and comfort during procedures

Your Role as a Surgical Technologist

As a Surgical Technologist at Franklin Surgery Center, you will be a vital member of the surgical team. The qualifications include:

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Pay is determined according to your level of experience
