Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a skilled Surgical Support Specialist to prep the operating room and maintain a sterile field for procedures. You will anticipate the surgeon’s needs and coordinate with the circulating nurse to ensure instruments and supplies are ready.

In this role you will scrub under the direction of a registered nurse, contribute to efficient intraoperative workflow, and help clean and restock the OR after procedures, supporting patient safety and team performance.

Qualifications

• Must follow sterile technique and infection-control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and readiness to support surgical teams.
• Excellent teamwork and clear communication with the circulating nurse and staff.
• Willingness to work under the direction of a registered nurse.
