Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Scrub Tech for PRN as needed in the West Valley Float Pool, supporting multiple facilities in the Phoenix area. The role involves preparing instruments, assisting surgeons, and maintaining sterile technique across cases.
The position offers a flexible, no-weekend/no-call schedule with a minimum of 4 shifts per month; travel between facilities is required, and standard safety protocols apply in a fast-paced operating room environment.

This is a PRN position that requires travel between multiple facilities within the Phoenix area. We operate our outpatient surgery centers Monday through Friday with no weekends and no call. We ask for a minimum commitment of 4 shifts a month so that your schedule remains flexible. We utilize easy scheduling software along with our personal staffing office for your ease of scheduling shifts you want to work.
This PRN position selects and places surgical instruments, supplies and equipment during surgery. Scrubs and provides instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies during surgical procedure.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

In the states of Texas, Connecticut, Idaho, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia a Surgical Technician must meet one of the following criteria:
(1) The individual has successfully completed an accredited educational program for surgical technologists and holds and maintains active certification as a surgical technologist by the NBSTSA, the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or another surgical technologist certification program approved by the State Department of State Health Services or its successor.
(2) The individual has completed an appropriate training program for surgical technology in the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or the United States Public Health Service.
(3) The individual was employed to practice surgical technology in a healthcare facility before September 1, 2009.
(4) The individual is in service with the federal government, to the extent they are performing duties related to that service. Where certification applies, credentials must remain active and in good standing prior to performing independent scrub duties.
