Job summary

Sante Health Partners in California is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technician to join our operating room team. You will scrub for procedures, assist physicians, and help maintain sterile technique while delivering compassionate patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include one year of OR scrubbing experience, graduation from an approved surgical technologist program, NBSTSA/NCCT certification and BLS. Travel to our three Southern California locations is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of OR scrubbing experience.
• Graduate of an approved surgical technologist program.
• NBSTSA/NCCT certification and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for procedures and anticipate surgeon needs.
• Assist physicians during surgeries within scope of competency.
• Maintain sterile field and prepare instruments and supplies.
• Transport patients, equipment, and specimens as needed.
• Set up and organize operating room for upcoming procedures.
• Ensure equipment is sterilized, calibrated, and in working order.
