The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) in Texas seeks an experienced Surgical Technology instructor to deliver curriculum, mentor students, and support their journey to professional readiness. You will guide learners through lab activities and clinical concepts in a college setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong surgical tech experience, an active certification, and a passion for teaching. The role emphasizes student success, hands-on skill development, and alignment with CHCP’s mission

Qualificações

• Associates Degree required from a credentialing agency.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Within the last 5 years a minimum of 3 years of operating room experience or teaching in the field.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Your responsibilities will include delivering curriculum content to our Surgical Technology students. This includes mentoring and helping the students to become professionals.

3+ years of experience working as a Surgical Technologist experience Associates Degree in field

What qualifications you will need:

• Associates Degree Required Credential from a nationally recognized and accredited credentialing agency
• Current CPR Certification
• Within the last (5) years a minimum of (3) years of operating room experience or teaching in the field, or a combination of the two.
