Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Surgical Technician to join the Banner Surgery Center-Sports Medicine in Scottsdale. The role involves selecting and placing surgical instruments, assisting during procedures, and maintaining aseptic technique while supporting OR turnover.
A strong emphasis on teamwork and patient care is required. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, BLS where applicable, and the ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
The Banner Surgery Center-Sports Medicine is managed by Atlas Healthcare Partners. Located at 7400 N. Dobson Rd in Scottsdale, the surgery center is a newly built facility that is part of a dynamic group of ASCs that stands by providing exceptional care and outstanding customer service to patients in the east valley of Phoenix. The focus of the ASC will be Orthopedics, which can adapt to all specialties and offers six operating rooms and twenty-two pre/post care bays. This position selects and places surgical instruments, supplies and equipment during surgery. Scrubs and provides instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies during surgical procedure.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
