QualDerm Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join Omni Cosmetic in Wayzata, MN. You will work closely with the OR team to support surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and nurses while maintaining sterility and instrument handling.

The role requires formal training, current certification, CPR, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced surgical suite with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a formal surgical technology program.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and follow OR policies.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up the operating room and prepare for surgery.
• Transport patients and assist with positioning.
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants.
• Maintain sterility and assist with instrument processing.
• Support surgeons, anesthesia staff, and OR team as needed.
