Job summary

Sono Bello is seeking a dedicated clinical team member to support the full surgical experience, from pre- to post-procedure care. You will prepare instruments, set up the OR, assist the physician during procedures, and help with patient education and discharge instructions.

This role offers a regular schedule with no night shifts or holidays, in a rewarding aesthetic care environment. Join a small practice with the backing of a strong, established company and contribute to life-changing outcomes

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and instrument trays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and labeling standards.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, including basic report writing.
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Able to interpret written, diagram, and verbal instructions.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Experience in patient care and working with physicians and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Support the full surgical experience: pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and the operating room for procedures
• Assist the physician during procedures as needed
• Verify correct patient, procedure, and surgical site in the OR
• Ensure all medications and solutions (including tumescent) are clearly and properly labeled
• Maintain a sterile environment and clean/disinfect surgical instruments and rooms
• Educate patients and caregivers on procedures, medications, and discharge instructions
• Support patient discharge and return post-op calls
• Schedule follow-up appointments and audit patient records

Compensation Range

$26—$33.50 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
