Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. in New Jersey seeks a Surgical Technician to support the operating room team. You will prepare sterile fields, pass instruments, and ensure equipment readiness across robotics, vascular, neuro/spine, and orthopedics services.

The role requires an accredited Surgical Technician program, NBSTSA certification, BLS, and 2–3 years of OR experience. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Role Overview: The Surgical Technician supports the surgical team during procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile fields, passing instruments, and ensuring equipment functionality. They assist with routine patient care activities under supervision and scrub for various service lines, including robotics, vascular, neuro/spine, and orthopedics.
