Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certification preferred (e.g., Certified Surgical Technologist - CST).
• Previous operating room experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready.
• Assist surgeons and maintain a sterile field.
• Perform surgical counts before, during, and after procedures.
• Monitor equipment functionality and report issues.
