Cynet Health seeks a certified Surgical Tech for a 13-week assignment in the operating room. The role requires minimum 2 years of OR experience, BLS and CST certifications, and a 10-hour day shift schedule. The unit handles 20–30 cases daily and uses EPIC for charting.

Orientation requires clinicians to be in-state; call duties include 6 shifts over 6 weeks with 12-hour calls, and a 30-minute response expectation. Dress code is unit-specific.

• Unit requires hiring process to include profile review and interview with unit manager.
• Week of orientation requires clinicians to be in state even if first day modules are remote.
• Unit averages 20-30 cases per day.
• Call requirement includes 6 shifts in a 6-week period with a 12-hour call.
• Shift scheduling consists of 10-hour days with no self-scheduling option.
• Call response time is expected within 30 minutes.
• Floating requirements are not applicable.
• Dress code is specific to unit/department.
• Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shifts to be canceled during the 13-week assignment.
• Charting system utilized is EPIC.
• Trauma level is classified as level 1.
• Care setting includes acute division.
