LinQ Global is seeking an experienced Surgical Tech to support our Operating Room team in Clarkston, WA. The role involves preparing and maintaining surgical instruments, ensuring a safe and efficient OR environment, and scrubbing various procedures.

The position requires Washington state Surgical Technologist license and AHA BLS/CPR at hire, with experience in OR settings preferred. The candidate will join a team focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• WA State Surgical Technologist License is required.
• AHA BLS/CPR is required at hire.
• Operating Room/Surgical Tech experience preferred.
• Ability to scrub a wide variety of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support safe, therapeutically effective patient care in the Operating Room.
• Prepare, assemble, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
• Scrub a wide variety of surgical cases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in 24-hour rotating call coverage.
• Ensure all operating room supplies and equipment are ready for procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other OR staff to support efficient surgical procedures.
