Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions is seeking an instructor for Surgical Technology to deliver curriculum content to students and mentor them toward professional competency.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree, a national credential, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of OR experience or teaching; healthcare education experience is valued. This full-time role is based in Texas with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Credential from a nationally recognized credentialing agency.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Within the last five years a minimum of three years of operating room experience or teaching in the field, or a combination of the two.
