Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Surgical Technician to scrub in during operative procedures, following Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies.

You will support the surgical team, ensure aseptic technique, and help maintain a safe, efficient environment for patients. Education requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program with certification or 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program with Surgical Technician Certification.
• 3+ years of experience may substitute certification.

Responsibilities

• Scrub during surgical procedures following Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies.
• Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
• Perform duties in alignment with St. Luke’s mission and values.
