Clear Concepts, Inc. is hiring a Surgical Tech in Buckeye Lake, OH, to join a Forbes top 100 hospital known for patient-centered care. You will assist in intra-operative procedures, prepare instruments, and help maintain sterile technique to support optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of surgical tech experience and/or has completed an accredited program. Shifts include 5-8s, 4-10s, or 3-12s with daytime hours and occasional call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of surgical tech experience.
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program (some staff grandfathered due to change in this requirement).

Responsibilities

• Functions as a part of the surgical team to provide care in the intra-operative phase of the surgical or obstetrical procedure using knowledge of instrumentation and equipment to ensure the best possible outcome for each patient.
