Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; requires Surgical Tech program or 2 years in Surgical Tech.
• CPR (BLS) certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; solid computer skills.
• Orientation to department policies; learn equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon under supervision to facilitate procedures.
• Ensure operating room safety and proper function of equipment.
