Jefferson Surgery Center – Cherry Hill is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our perioperative team. You will fill the surgical scrub role across procedures under a RN and Manager’s supervision, assisting physicians and nurses while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.
Minimum qualifications include a HS diploma, Surgical Technologist certification, and BCLS certification. Prior OR tech experience is desired, with a commitment to teamwork and efficient case flow.

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Perioperative Services, and the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Surgical Technologist is responsible for filling the surgical scrub role on all types of minor and major surgical procedures dependent on individual competencies in each surgical specialty. Assists physicians and nurses in various medical and technical procedures. These functions must be in compliance with the philosophy of the hospital, standards of practice and regulations of governing agencies.

2 years: OR Surgical Tech experience required; Orthopedic experience preferred.
