Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Surgical Tech - CVOR CST for the OR department. The unit has 2 OR suites and a staff of 6, including 3 RNs and 3 CSTs. The role supports CABG, Thoracotomy, Endo AAA, Valve Replacement, Pacemaker placements and uses Meditech for records.

Candidates must have CVOR experience; scrubbing experience preferred. ACLS & BLS certifications are required. Weekday, weekend, and holiday call is required. Shifts are 06:00–14:30, 36 hours per week, with provided light blue scrubs.

Responsibilities

• Support cardiovascular procedures (CABG, Thoracotomy, Endo AAA, Valve Replacement, Pacemaker placement).
• Maintain sterile technique and assist surgeons and staff during operations.
• Workday shifts with 1:1 patient ratio and EMR documentation (Meditech).
