At SCA Health, we are hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support operative procedures across our facilities in New Jersey. The CST will scrub, prepare instruments, and assist with room turnover to maintain a sterile, efficient environment for patient care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program, BLS certification, and prior CST experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred or previous CST experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport to decontamination areas.
• Assist with post-procedure cleaning of the operative or other invasive procedure room and setup for subsequent patients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Requirements:

• High SchoolGra duateor equivalent.
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Prior Experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
