Job summary

SCA Health in Minnesota is actively hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team in Eagan. You will function as a scrub person during operative procedures and help prepare instruments, supporting safe, efficient patient care.

Required items include high school graduate, completion of an accredited CST program, and BLS within 90 days; prior CST experience preferred and certification preferred. Competitive hourly pay: $30–$42 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program required.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred or certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and invasive procedures.
• Prepare and transport surgical instruments to decontamination areas.
• Assist with post-procedure cleaning of the room and preparation for the next patient.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Prior Experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
